Disneyland claims to be the Happiest Place on Earth, but as a pilot, I feel the title transferrs EAA’s AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin for one week a year. If you’ve never been, then you need to commit to coming here next year. Everyone I talk with agrees, words and photos cannot convey how wonderful the AirVenture experience is. It’s truly one of the few things in life that vastly exceeds expectations.
This year has doubly fun for me, since EAA hired me to produce a series of new product video interviews. Every morning, my crew and I conduct six to eight video interviews that end up on the www.airventure.org web site later in the day. If you’re on Facebook and the “Like” button appears below the video, click on those videos you enjoy. And don’t forget to mark your calendar to come here next year!
